Guided Meditations


Meditation brings conscious awareness to our bodies, mental states, and behaviors, and to the thoughts, feelings, and perceptions that underlie our actions. Meditation attunes us to the constantly changing nature of our brains, experiences, and environments. The following brief, guided meditations may be practiced at home, at the office, or while traveling to help you feel centered, clear, spacious, and balanced.
